Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Data Analysis background to join our Fulfillment Product Management team. A Business Analyst would be responsible for working closely with the Business Teams and Product Managers helping them in making data driven decisions. This will require cross-communication between the Business Team, Product Management Team, Engineering Team, Data Analytical Teams, and external vendors to share insights, learnings, and innovative ideas.

What You Will Do:

• Be immersed in diverse teams (e.g., Product Owners, Marketing, Developers) where you will conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and continually bring forward ideas and insights to drive value for our company.
• Data Exploration and Visualization. Through ad-hoc questions, identify trends and drivers, perform exploratory data analyses and present views that will provide visibility into our performance.
• Build dashboards to enable decision-making. Partner with business stakeholders to understand their questions, translate it into key metrics and enable self-service decisioning through building dashboards.
• Collaborating in a fast paced, agile environment that focuses on delivering customer value early and often.

Your Qualifications:

• Has a strong orientation for data and technology.   You 3+ years of technical, analytical work experience in a related field, with proficiency in SQL programming.
• Has a passion for data. You are proficient with exploratory analysis and statistical techniques and are driven to find meaningful patterns and trends in the data.  Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau are a must.
• Is a resourceful and driven problem solver.  You enjoy and have demonstrated ability tackling complex problems, drawing inferences from data, and using your analysis skills and business acumen to identify solutions.  You have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage projects supporting multiple business partners. You are motivated to learn the business processes and understand stakeholder needs.
• Experience: 3-6 years in a B2B software product environment and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related field.
