About the Team

The Vista Corporate Solutions (VCS) marketing team is within Vista's product organization, whose goal is to drive forward strategic opportunities to optimize the customer experience and empower decision-making with data. The marketing within VCS is dedicated to building unparalleled products that deliver immense value to our customers. Comprising of skilled marketers, designers, pricing experts, and copywriters, our team collaborates closely with sales, merchandising, and customer service teams. We are committed to leveraging advanced analytics to enhance customer experiences and drive continuous improvement across our product offerings.

About the Role

As the Senior Organic Search Specialist for the VCS Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to enhance Vistaprint's position as the premier design and marketing partner for large businesses with 10+ employees who are spread across multiple locations, as well as the reseller market. You have a consulting attitude, striving to both bolster the evidence used in team decision-making and proactively identify high value events and interactions within the product. You are technical but at the same time can convey the business meaning behind a sophisticated set of metrics and drive concrete recommendations.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be part of the Vista Corporate Solutions marketing team. Manage campaigns across North America, Australia, and Europe for our two services, ProShop and ProAdvantage, while collaborating with colleagues to achieve our business goals. 
  • Identifying opportunities. You will help the team audit areas of opportunity within our accounts and execute against these opportunities to positively impact the channel's performance in alignment with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Lead Projects - Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion while ensuring project objectives are met and completed on time and that all deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Optimize and test. Apply your understanding of the competitive landscape, our customers' needs, and current campaign performance to test new ideas for increasing the profit and ROAS of our campaigns.   
  •  Report on performance. Generate regular reports on your campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement for the markets and projects you lead for the team.
  •  Data-driven decisions. You adeptly handle key performance indicators, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and excel at making data-based decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through flawless operational execution. Your attention to detail is a strength you will bring to your role.
  • Grow the business. You'll work cross-functionally to unlock insights about customer behavior for other teams, and you'll continue to leverage this data to grow not just organic and paid search but also the business as a whole.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective.

 

What’ll Make You a Great Candidate

  • 4+ years' experience working with SEO and Paid Search for SASS lead form and subscription campaigns, including keyword management, ad copy implementations, and account health improvements.
  • Provide SEO content recommendations based on competitive insights and analysis.
  • Generate reports highlighting key Organic Search performance metrics for Our global team (North America, Australia, and the EU, notably France and Germany).
  • Identify pages with new content opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Partner with key global stakeholders on strategies and goals for Organic and Paid Search.
  • Be a strong and willing team player who isn't afraid to help others succeed and achieve their own success.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong in data analysis & able to draw valuable insights from the data.
  • Autonomy in problem-solving, breaking down larger problems and tasks into smaller increments of work to make progress more quickly.
  • You are comfortable multitasking. You enjoy and can handle multiple projects at once. You deliver on timelines and set expectations with key stakeholders in your projects.

  • Google Ads, Looker, Salesforce, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Marketo.
